At TDV Industries, our sustainability commitment isn’t just a recent endeavour; it’s a principle we’ve championed for three decades. As pioneers in corporate social responsibility (CSR) and environmental initiatives, we’ve consistently led the change towards a circular economy, setting the standard for eco-conscious practices in the textile industry.

Key Pillars of Our Sustainability Commitment:

Circular economy practices:
We actively engage in circular economy practices by incorporating post-consumer recycled fibres from polyester-cotton blended garments into our fabric production. Our longstanding commitment reflects a deep-rooted belief in minimising waste and maximising resource efficiency. Through innovative recycling initiatives, we contribute to the reduction of waste and the conservation of resources.
Eco-friendly materials:
Our focus extends to the careful selection of materials. We prioritise the use of eco-friendly fibres and dyes, ensuring that our products not only meet high quality standards but also adhere to sustainability principles.

Energy efficiency:
By optimising manufacturing processes and investing in green technologies, we’ve consistently reduced our carbon footprint, making environmentally friendly practices an intrinsic part of our operations. Today, we invest in technologies that minimise our carbon footprint, aligning our operations with a sustainable future.
Waste reduction:
Waste reduction is a continuous effort within our facilities. We employ practices that minimise waste generation and, wherever possible, we recycle or repurpose materials to further contribute to the circular economy.

Transparency and traceability:
We believe in transparency and traceability. We work together with our suppliers to guarantee they share our same values and embed them into their daily operations.
Innovation for sustainability:
We are committed to driving innovation in sustainable textile solutions. Collaborating with partners and industry leaders, we explore advanced technologies to promote and encourage sustainable practices in the textile industry.

Gender equality:
In 2023, TDV achieved a score of 97/100 on the Professional Equality Index, a simple tool that enables companies to measure pay gaps between women and men. TDV actively promotes gender diversity by opening certain industrial positions to female candidates and has recently appointed several women to leadership roles.
With approximately 140 employees in Laval, we are also committed to equal opportunities, fair treatment, and respect for the dignity of every individual.
Code of Conduct:
To achieve its business growth objectives and maintain its leadership in the textile industry, TDV Industries relies on strong values and principles upheld through the company’s internal regulations and code of conduct.
Our Code of Conduct defines our company’s mission and values, how we are expected to address challenges, and the ethical principles that guide our operations, all based on the core values of our organization.
Beyond reaffirming TDV Industries’ commitment to the highest ethical standards, the company has implemented measures to prevent and combat corruption and bribery by adopting a Code of Conduct in compliance with the requirements of the Sapin II law.
