PROCESS CERTIFICATIONS
OEKO-TEX® STEP
OEKO-TEX® STeP (Sustainable Textile & Leather Production) is a certification guaranteeing that our products meet strict environmental and social standards. The label assesses several aspects of the company, such as working conditions, water and energy management, chemical management, waste management and social responsibility. By managing to achieve a high score in each of these areas, we demonstrate our commitment to the environment and the health of our employees.
Detox to Zero is a label that aims to encourage companies to gradually eliminate the use of hazardous chemicals in their production process.
TDV Industries has been OEKO-TEX® STeP and Detox To Zero certified since March 2023.
ISO 9001
The ISO 9001 standard certifies quality management within TDV Industries, which has been certified since 1995.
ISO 14001
In addition to the 9001, the ISO 14001 standard specifies the requirements for an environmental management system. TDV Industries uses it as a pillar of its environmental commitments and has been certified since 2007.
ISO 50001
By integrating energy efficiency into management practices, the ISO 50001 label increases awareness of energy use. It reinforces good energy management behaviours and make better use of existing energy-consuming equipment and processes.
This ISO also helps organisations to evaluate and prioritise the implementation of new energy efficient technologies.
ENTREPRISE DU PATRIMOINE VIVANT (EPV) LABEL
The Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant (EPV) label wishes to promote French companies of excellence. This label is issued under the authority of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, in order to distinguish French companies with artisanal and industrial know-how deemed to be of excellence.
Obtaining the EPV label is a recognition for TDV Industries of its craftsmanship, the rarity of its know-how and the quality of its transmission, and the intrinsic qualities of its company and products.
PRODUCT CERTIFICATIONS
OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100
The OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 label aims to certify the safety and harmlessness of textiles in contact with the skin (class II for clothing – except for baby clothing and children under 3 years old).
According to certificates CQ601/2, CQ601/3 and CQ601/4 by IFTH, TDV Industries fabrics are certified OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 class II.
GOTS
One of the most important textile certifications got achieved by TDV: GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) certified by Ecocert. Recognised as the worldwide leading textile processing standard for organic fibers, GOTS includes environmental and social criteria, all backed up by an independent certification of the entire textile supply chain. Having one common standard means textile processors and manufacturers can export their fabrics and garments with one organic certification that is accepted in all major markets. Such transparency also gives consumers the power to choose truly organic products sourced from environmental and socially responsible supply chains.
FAIRTRADE COTTON
With Fairtrade Cotton, TDV Industries offers the market solutions. Fairtrade guarantees products with a low social and societal impact to the farmers (remuneration at a fair price, payment of a premium, child labor prohibited, respect for international labor rights). This certification can also guarantee the traceability of environmental factors such as a limitation for the use of pesticides, chemical defoliants, fossil energy for cultivation or harvesting and prohibited GMOs.
OFG – ORIGINE FRANCE GARANTIE
Renowned French label, OFG certifies that the origin of certain products manufactured by TDV Industries is French. 2 criteria are combined: minimum 50% of the unit cost price acquired in France + essential characteristics obtained in France. OFG label assures the consumer of product traceability.

GRS – GLOBAL RECYCLED STANDARD
The Global Recycled Standard (GRS) verifies the percentage of recycled materials and tracks it from the source to the final product.
Products certified to the Global Recycled Standard (GRS) contain recycled materials that has been (independently) verified at each stage of the supply chain, from the source to the final product. In addition, facilities from the source to final supplier have met social, environmental, and chemical requirements.
The purchase of Global Recycled Standard (GRS) certified products demonstrates demand for recycled content and best processing practices in the supply chain.
RCS – RECYCLED BLENDED CLAIM STANDARD
The Recycled Claim Standard (RCS) verifies the percentage of recycled raw materials and tracks it from the source to the final product. Products certified to the Recycled Claim Standard (RCS) contain recycled materials that has been independently verified at each stage of the supply chain, from the source to the final product.
Products certified to the Recycled Claim Standard Blended (RCS Blended) contain between 5-94% certified recycled raw materials.
OCS 100 – ORGANIC CONTENT STANDARD 100
The Organic Content Standard (OCS) verifies the percentage of organically grown raw materials and tracks it from source to final product.
Products certified to the Organic Content Standard (OCS) contain organically grown materials that has been independently verified at each stage of the supply chain, from source to final product.
Products certified to the Organic Content Standard 100 (OCS 100) contain at least 95% certified organically grown materials.
Organic cotton is produced and certified to organic agricultural standards, which require practices to sustain ecosystems.
